bOING bOING receives an interesting letter from a law firm

The following post on bOING bOING demonstrates how one law firm is using a pre-emptive method to minimize the “criminal” acts of streaming and downloading FIFA World Cup Football (Soccer) Matches. Obviously this lawfirm is just going down a list of the most popular websites (blogs) on the planet and assuming that their popularity will make them ideal places to stream World Cup Matches. What kind of logic is this? I could understand if they sent a “nastygram” to a sports website, but bOING bOING? Come one people! I cannot wait to see the backlash that will ensue on this law firm becuase of this. Let the games begin!
