Blitz Thought: Learning Perspectives
I have often wondered how we can move away from using a “bird’s eye” perspective when referencing locations and learning about our surroundings on maps. It seems to me that we have the technological know-how to create maps which give us a more human (feet on the ground) perspective.
Google has developed “Street-view” http://maps.google.com/help/maps/streetview/ but this is still street based, not human centered. how can we develop a human-view mapping system to augment location based learning?
