OVERVIEW:
Participants of this workshop will be exploring President Barack Obama’s *BOLD* attitude towards the use of Information & Communication Technologies and New Media.

The aim of this workshop is to explore the role of ICTs & Social Media within President Barack Obama’s newly established administration. However, It remains to be seen if technology can play a role in reshaping and implementing “true” change within government. Another focus of this workshop is that of discussing the potential impact of information and communications technologies and related services in reshaping America’s role in our global community.

WORKSHOP FORMAT:
Impulse thoughts and ideas will be brought into the discussion from individuals who are intimately involved in shaping President Obama’s “Barackberry Bold” Initiative. A lively discussion will ensue because we all have opinions and ideas on this topic and we want to hear from each other. I am curious what you think, too.
